How to Add Patients to the Patient Profile List?

"How do I create a new Patient profile?"

Patient profiles are used to store and maintain comprehensive client data including: contact information, date of birth, occupation, gender, etc. In addition, the patient profile will track whether or not a patient has signed a service consent form.

To create a patient in your practice database...
 

Navigate to Patient >>> Profiles

Click the Add New button .

On the resulting page complete the relevant fields of the patient information form.

Click the Save button . The patient profile is now created.

To complete your records, have the patient complete General History form
either by entering the data directly into the system or by completing a printed form.



To find this form Navigate to Patient >>> Records

Once completed click the Save button .

Your patient profile is now complete.
